Payment Options

3 Tails aims to give you flexibility when it comes to payment for your card making and scrapbooking supplies. We want to provide an option that works for you. In order to protect your money, we have provided safe transaction options that suit your level of comfort with technology.

You can choose from the following:

Visa Card

Master Card

PayPal

Direct Deposit

Cheque

Money Order

In order to provide security for credit card payments, we use the trusted transaction facility provided through our PayPal account. You don't have to give 3 Tails your credit card details at any stage when buying online.

Goods purchased with direct deposit, cheque or money order will be dispatched when payment has been cleared into the 3 Tails bank account.

Postage Info

When it comes to postage, only pay for what you need.

We offer flexible postage options. If you are looking for a simple postage method, use our $8.00 flat rate postage for Australian addresses.

If you don’t want to be changed for more postage than you need, we can calculate exact postage. We will contact you to arrange postage charges when your order is ready to be sent.

We also offer an Express Post option. If you select this method, we will contact you to arrange exact postage charges.

If you order more than $90, postage is free.

All orders over $60 will be upgraded to Registered Post, free of charge. We want to make sure your goodies arrive safe and sound!

International Postage

Postage for orders outside of Australia will be arranged once we receive your order. We will contact you, via email to discuss the method of postage you prefer and the costs involved. Once the cost of postage is finalised, we will request payment for postage through PayPal. Payment for postage can be made using Mastercard, Visa or a PayPal account.

The following methods of delivery are available:

Sea Mail	For deliveries where time-frame is less critical

You can use the Australia Post postage calculator for an indication of the cost of each method of delivery. We can provide the weight of products to help with this process.

All prices are in Australian dollars, currency calculators can help to estimate the conversions rate with your currency. Your bank will normally charge a small fee for currency conversion when you use a credit card.

There may be usually be some variation between the conversion rates quoted by currency calculators and the actual rate used by your bank.
